Sunday evening Small-Sided
League for Metrowest high
school multisport athletes who
want to grow, have fun, and
compete in soccer outside of
their high school season.

GROW YOUR FIRST TOUCH ★ IMPROVE YOUR GAME PLAY ★ STRENGTHEN YOUR MINDSET ★ HAVE FUN

AND NOT GIVE UP YOUR OTHER SPRING SPORTS.

Today’s high school soccer players have two options for growing and competing in soccer: 1) Fall High School Season; 2) Year-round Club Soccer. The Club Soccer model is great for those who may want to specialize in this one sport and commit to training and competing year-round. Though, many High School soccer players are multi-sport athletes who also love to compete in spring track, lacrosse, softball, etc. They love soccer and want to keep playing and improving outside of the fall season but not fully invest in Club.

The Demand for HSSL

The benefits of HSSL

Great for multi-sport athletes

HSSL is a low commitment, high reward spring soccer experience that fits within a HS spring sport schedule. Compete and grow in soccer without needing to compromise on other sports.

5v5 model that is fast & Fun

The 5v5 game is faster with more touches and playing time when compared with the full sided 11v11 game. 5v5 allows for more opportunities to try new moves, take tactical risks, and have fun!

1,000 touches in 30 minutes

The 30min technical training before each match targets the aspect of a player’s game that is the hardest to develop & maintain by playing just the high school season: first touch and foot skills.

Build connections and community

HSSL players are placed on a mixed team of like-minded soccer peers from neighboring towns. They grow with them in HSSL and may compete against them in the fall high school season.
